Shipping & Handling

Processing Time Goals - We aim to ship the next business day after payment is received and a shipping label (if customer-provided) is available. Guaranteed Shipping Time - All orders are guaranteed to ship within 3 business days. Weekend and Holiday Orders - Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be attempted for next-day shipment, but are guaranteed to ship within 3 business days.

Expedited Service - Same-day shipping may be available upon request. Buyers must contact us and receive written confirmation before same-day dispatch.

Shipping Methods & Delivery - We support all eBay shipping options. Delivery time is determined by the carrier selected at checkout.

Blind Shipping - Available upon request. For blind shipments, Select Surplus’s name and contact information will not appear on the package, packing slip, or return address. The shipment displays your business information only, ensuring your customer contacts you directly.

Freight Items - Please do not pay for freight items until freight charges have been added to your invoice. Select Surplus, LLC will not automatically charge freight.

Local Pick-Up and Delivery - Customers may pick up items by appointment. Local delivery is available within 200 miles of Detroit, Michigan. Same-day delivery may be possible—please call to confirm availability and rates.

Tracking Information - Once your order ships, a tracking number is uploaded via eBay. If you require tracking another way, contact us through eBay Messages.

Return Policy (30 Days)

Standard Returns - Items may be returned within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. A 25% restocking fee applies to all non-warranty returns of working items. All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returns will not be accepted for cosmetic condition, packaging wear, or manufacture date codes. Credit is issued after inspection and testing. Refunds are not provided.

Circuit Board Policy - Boards with physical signs of damage will not be accepted for return. Buyers must ensure proper diagnosis before purchase.

Return Instructions - Buyers must contact Select Surplus before the end of the 30-day return period with product information, transaction number, and reason for return. Do not ship until return authorization is received. Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped, with all original parts and manuals included.

Warranty Policy (1 Year)

Select Surplus warrants that goods sold will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the invoice date (“Warranty Period”). Warranty applies only when goods are stored, installed, handled, and used under normal operating conditions.

All warranties are provided by Select Surplus only, not the manufacturer, and are non-transferable without written consent. The warranty does not cover cosmetic issues, missing accessories/manuals, firmware/software, or buyer misuse.

Claim Procedure - Buyers must request an RMA by contacting Select Surplus via eBay Messages or by phone. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA. Items must be returned during the Warranty Period with the RMA number clearly marked. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Remedy (Credit Only) - Select Surplus’s sole obligation is to issue a credit to the buyer’s account, up to the purchase price of the item. Credits may be applied toward future purchases from Select Surplus.

Neither Select Surplus, LLC nor any consignor makes any representation regarding the correctness of description, genuineness, authenticity, completeness, condition, provenance, authorship, or value of the Goods.
